When did he make this threat?...this war was for no reason, other than for Bush to do what his daddy didnt....Iraq hasnt harmed a single US citizen, but since this war has started Id say thousands of Iraqi citizens have died for nothing...Sometimes we just need to mind our own business

Depends on who it is. If he is a joke and not a serious threat to me, I laugh in his face and turn a cheek. If he is a serious threat to me and my family, I go Kimbo Slice on his ass.

IMO, Saddam was not a threat, he made numerous empty threats to the US during his tenure in which he never went through with. He was more interested in trying to be the greatest dictator with control over his own people than to do anything to us. He liked torturing his own because he knew he could get away with it.
